You can now check your work when you are doing the exercises in the Aiola tutorial by following the “Materials” or “Learn” links on the left side of the screen and downloading the Answer Key (“Answer Key for Exercises.doc”) Happy learning!

The sections of the Aiola Essential Grammar which deal with new word building are lessons 2, 6, and 8. They include Word Recipes, Prefixes and Suffixes, and Compound Words. Word building in Aiola is more restricted than in some natural and constructed languages. Many terms are written in Aiola as two word combinations. For example, ‘tablai tuko’ means ‘tablecloth’ or ‘haltajai lumoro’ means ’stoplight’.
